Circles are used as restorative process, aimed at building collaboration, respect, and positive behavior among students, teachers and staff. Circles can be used build community, help resolve conflicts between individuals or to address academic issues that focus on restoration in lieu of punishment with the goal to repair harm. Circles process helps build trusting relationships within the school community and promotes peer leadership.
