School counselors supervise school counseling interns and practicum students in school settings. This session provides guidance on ASCA-based best practices for supervising and mentoring these students, as well as supervision practices using the new Utah Model. Participants will leave with increased insight into methods and practices for making the supervisor-student relationship a positive win-win for both supervisor and student.
